SJSZ/FLSZ series conical twin-screw extruder is even mixing, good quality, high output, wide application and long working life. It can make PVC powder into pipes, boards and profiles with different screw and auxiliary equipment.

It has stable performance and can make the melt processing well, plasticized and extruded at a lower temperature. The barrel is equipped with a cast aluminum heater, which has high thermal efficiency, fast and uniform heating, and is equipped with a cooling fan.

The specially designed transmission part is driven by a new frequency conversion motor, which has stable running status, large transmission torque and always keep high efficiency. The imported frequency converter can achieve stepless and stable speed regulation, high precision and energy saving. It adopts an intelligent dual-display digital temperature controller, which has high control accuracy and small temperature fluctuations.

 

It is equipped with overload protection and fault alarm, screw core oil circulation constant temperature, barrel oil cooling and other functions, and is equipped with a vacuum-pumping device and a ration feeding device.
